We offer intentional co-living for active adults 50+ seeking a full-time or seasonal lifestyle in San Miguel — without the responsibility of maintaining a large home. About the Founder
Michelle Wedderburn is the founder of Casa ELM and Hacienda ELM, two intentional communities rooted in connection. A long-time resident of San Miguel de Allende, Michelle has spent years supporting individuals and families through life transitions — including relocation and the search for community abroad.
Hacienda ELM is a natural extension of that work. It is a full-time co-living community for adults 50+ who want to live independently, but not alone. Designed for those who value autonomy with the reassurance of community, Hacienda ELM offers a peaceful, secure environment with housekeeping, shared spaces, and suggested weekly activities — just 10 minutes from the heart of San Miguel de Allende by car.
This is intentional co-living for people who are still active and capable, yet ready for a simpler, more supported way of living.
