Join one of our 2026 Seasonal Residencies! Pack up and explore co-living community like you've never experienced. 
 
WHAT IS IT?
30-days of intentional co-living and community building in the heart of Mexico. Included in the residency package are the following; 

• Private accommodations and bathroom 

• Daily housekeeping

• Weekly laundry service

• Light breakfast Monday-Friday

• Weekly transportation to Centro 

• Movie Nights and other community events throughout the month

• Ground transportation to BJX/QRO/SMA Central Bus Station on arrival and departure

WHAT DOES IT COST?
King Suite: $1,650 USD/mo 
(2) King Suites on property. First come first served.
 
Queen Suite: $1,550 USD/mo 
(4) Queen Suites on property. First come first served.
 
Additional costs to consider; 
$950 USD/mo Additional guest in the same suite 
*Each suite can accommodate (2) people.
 
HOW DO I SECURE MY RESIDENCY?
Secure your residency with a deposit of only $500 USD. 
Our team will follow up with you directly to share the remaining balance via a custom, interest-free payment plans*
*Payment is due in full at least 30-days prior to your arrival. Payment amounts and frequency vary depending on the length of time between the date you submit your deposit and your residency check-in date.
